We are each a unique being and Human Design shows us our points of differentiation. Our Human Design Bodygraph reveals deep insights such as our natural environment, motivation, perspective, and super sense as well as our role and purpose.
Understanding the foundational aspects of your bodygraph is a portal to begin to live your life, truly as yourself, with greater ease and alignment.
We have all felt alien at some point in our lives, whether that is with our birth family or at work, or with how and what we feel and think about, or (fill in the blank). Not realizing the extent of the homogenizing forces in the world, we have pulled away from who we are. Not quite comfortable in our skin or in our mask, we feel suspended from what we know is possible.
For countless of people, including myself, the Human Design System has explained and affirmed fundamental aspects of the self. It’s a tool, a language, and perspective for aligning with our life, rather than what we have been taught. It also provides parameters to experiment to re-discover who we truly are and what we are here for.
As a 1/3 Manifesting Generator Cross of the Sphinx in the Quarter of Initiation, I love investigating systems, going to the foundation, and sharing them with others. Discovering Human Design for myself has brought tremendous insight and understanding, about myself, others, and the world in which we live.
The Human Design System offers us an energetic blueprint that shows us what is consistent and natural for us and the ways we are pulled away from who we are. We can look at this as our transmitter and our receiver. This is what we’ve already learned and what we are here to learn.
It is a map that shows us the way home to ourselves.

Loving Your Design Offerings

This is an online meetup for a live one-on-one reading about your Human Design Bodygraph. We go over your Aura Type, Profile, Definition, Strategy, Inner Authority, Channels, undefined centre Not-Self themes, Weak Point, and Incarnation Cross summary. Included are suggestions on beginning your Experiment and the deconditioning process and signposts to look for. Integrated will be a look at your variables.

CONNECTION READING
UNDERSTANDING RELATIONSHIP DYNAMICS
A Connection Reading looks at the aura mechanics, profile, relationship themes, joint decision-making, impact of channels (electromagnetic, compromise, and dominance), definition (single, split), communication preferences, and anything that helps understand yourself and the other in relationship.
While this is not couple counselling, it can bring you fresh insights and can make a tremendous understanding of the relationship and a glimpse into your relational patterns.
A Connection Reading is for anyone in relationship. Permission to examine the other person’s Human Design Bodygraph is required, for anyone above age 13. With a parent-child reading, we will also touch on the child’s internal and external PHS (if birth time is accurate). Understanding the mechanics and conditioning impact on each other brings beautiful dimension to conscious parenting.

Self-Care for Deconditioning
Now that you’ve had a Human Design Reading and know your Strategy & Authority and ready for your Experiment, now what?
Knowing your Strategy & Authority is one thing, following it in a social context, in relationships, is another.
The Mind is powerful and the fiction it weaves is seductive. Deconditioning can be a rude awakening as we become aware of the extent to which we have abdicated our sovereignty, autonomy, and self-authority.
It takes inner strength, courage, and resilience to live as our unique selves. As we begin to shed layers of conditioning, we require resources and skills to navigate the changes in our relationships, self-perception, and belief systems.
Self-care sessions support you with practices that help you stay present to your experiences, build your resilience, get wise about conditioning forces, and become self-loving. We also look at your Human Design Bodygraph to understand the conditioning forces, your Physical Health System (PHS), and other aspects.
Practices include HeartMath techniques, Jin Shin Jyutsu, breath work, and creative explorations.
